· We secure and re-key all property as needed
· Handle the eviction process
· Perform Accurate Broker Price Opinions including Neighborhood analysis, comparable sales, competitive listings, recommended repairs, and marketing strategy.
· Help remove any liens on property if needed.
· Clean & Repair property, we use a team of contractors, gardeners, cleaning service to provide reasonable bids for property clean up
· Have utilities ordered for property
· List & manage listing in local Multiple Listing Service including measurements and pictures
· Provide monthly marketing activity report
· Notify list of current investors to let them know about possible investment opportunity
· Provide daily / weekly updates to investor to show we are making every effort to sell property
· Utilize our team of closing agents to ensure a smooth escrow and make sure that everything is taken care of for a smooth and quick close of escrow
